IT support is provided for all users within STICERD and CEP by a team of four people covering 3 divisions organised as follows:

Users are advised to read our section on service carefully before contacting us.

As a first port of call please read our IT Help Documents which can answer common computer problems and queries.

Systems Support is responsible for the integration, security and maintenance of data networks, support of servers and desktop hardware, software support and training for research and administration staff.
