Writing for Forbes, Kim Elsesser discusses fresh insights into the gender pay gap, drawing on findings from three recent studies. One of those studies discussed is research by Camille Landais, Tatiana Pazem and colleagues, highlighting that the motherhood pay gap is largely driven by the career impact of having children, rather than differences in women’s choices before motherhood.
