The conference brings together leading researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to explore women’s leadership and its role in driving development outcomes. Across the programme, sessions will examine evidence on policies and interventions that expand women’s access to leadership roles, as well as the effects of women’s leadership on governance, economic performance, service delivery, organisational effectiveness, and broader social and economic outcomes in both the public and private sectors.
