About this event

We are delighted to welcome Harvard’s Iris Bohnet & Siri Chilazi to LSE to discuss their new book ‘Make Work Fair’ drawing on behavioural science research, data and real-world interventions to build fairness into the workplace.

As a behavioural economist, Iris Bohnet combines insights from economics and psychology to improve decision-making within organisations and society, with a focus on gender equality and cross-cultural dynamics. What sets her work apart is a focus on changing behaviours, not attitudes—to close the gender gap and create fairer workplaces.

This event will be hosted by Nava Ashraf
