Biography

Viktor did his undergraduate degree at the Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and his master's degree at the Center for Monetary and Financial Studies (CEMFI, Madrid), both in economics. Viktor is interested in labour economics in the context of inequality and migration. He is working on a paper on how access to public transport can reduce the gender employment gap. For the last two years, he worked for at UCL on several projects, the main one being about the internal rural-urban migration in Brazil and its effects on labour informality.
