Biography

Carlos holds an MSc in Economics from University College London and an MPhys and BSc in Theoretical Physics from the University of Leeds. His current research areas are primarily in migration, climate change adaptation, state capacity and labour economics, with a particular interest in public policy implications. He is a pre-doc in international development, working with Sandra Sequeira on REFUGEDEV.
