About this event
The 'Alternatives to Capitalism' work programme within PCC will explore critiques and alternatives to traditional institutions related to capitalism such as
- the degree to which markets should coordinate action in a fair society
- efficient forms of economic planning
- how to increase the power of labour against capital, among others.
To that end, in this workshop, 12 academics from the LSE will give a brief presentation on their research on topics relevant to this strand of PCC, followed by feedback sessions, with the purpose of consolidating the group.
