About this event
Join the Hub for Equal Representation in the Economy for the upcoming Child Penalty Conference and the Parenthood and the Double X Economy lecture.
The conference, organised by Camille Landais and Nina Roussille, will feature papers on gender inequality and child penalties. The presenters for that workshop are Heather Sarsons, Yana Gallen, Daphne Skandalis, Mary Ann Bronson and Jakob Sogaard.
This will be followed by the workshop in the afternoon, where Henrik Kleven, Camille Landais and Gabriel Leite-Mariante will present the new website and tools they have developed for a Child Penalty Atlas, covering 140 countries around the world. This workshop will gather academics who have extensively studied child penalties in many different countries.
View the conference programme and register to attend via Zoom.
The conference will be followed by a lecture by Linda Scott on parenthood and the double x economy. You can find out more information on the event page.
