Biography

Kate Smith is Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, LSE and a Research Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. She received her PhD from University College London. Her research interests are in public finance, industrial organisation and applied microeconomics, with a particular focus on tax policy.
