Biography

Mateus holds an MSc in Economics from PUC-Rio and a BA in Economics from the São Paulo School of Economics (FGV) . He is interested in understanding public policies's role in shaping economic and social development. His current focus is on the delivery of Conditional Cash Transfer Programs (CCTs) and Labour Protection Legislation in Brazil.
