Biography

Eloïse holds a Master's degree in Economics from Institut Polytechnique de Paris and an Engineering Master's degree in Economic Policies and Dynamics from ENSAE Paris. Her main areas of interest are Public Economics and Environmental Economics. For her master's thesis, she used administrative data to study the effects of a tax on polluting vehicles owned by companies in France.
